RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy governs all purchases made from this store (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website or purchasing any product from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth below.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances except as expressly provided in Section 3 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items).

Once an order has been:

  • Submitted and confirmed, and/or

  • Processed for shipment, and/or

  • Delivered to the shipping carrier, and/or

  • Delivered to the address provided by the Customer

the transaction is deemed final and non-reversible.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to cancel, return, exchange, or receive a refund for your order, except where prohibited by applicable law.


2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing product descriptions, specifications, sizing charts, and images prior to purchase

  • Ensuring the accuracy of billing and shipping information

  • Verifying compatibility, suitability, and intended use of the product

We are not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Misinterpretation of product use

Failure to read product descriptions or policies does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)

The sole exception to this no-return policy applies if you receive:

  • A product that is materially defective,

  • A product physically damaged during transit, or

  • A product that is materially different from what was ordered.

3.1 Mandatory Notice Requirement

You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

Your claim must include:

  • Full name and order number

  • Detailed written description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The alleged defect or damage

Failure to provide notice within 48 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition and a waiver of any claim.

3.2 Investigation and Discretion

All claims are subject to investigation and verification at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to:

  • Deny claims that lack sufficient evidence

  • Require additional documentation

  • Require return of the product (at Customer’s expense unless prohibited by law)

  • Deny claims involving misuse, negligence, or normal wear

If a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), OR

  • Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method

No other remedies shall be available.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (WITHOUT EXCEPTION)

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited-edition products

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by Customer

  • Delivery failures due to Customer unavailability

Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon transfer of the product to the shipping carrier.


6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution constitutes a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest any chargeback with supporting documentation

  • Provide this policy and proof of delivery to the payment processor

  • Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs

  • Refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to appropriate authorities.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in dispute.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • We make no guarantees regarding subjective satisfaction, expectations, or suitability beyond product description accuracy.


8. NO WARRANTY OF SATISFACTION

We do not guarantee personal satisfaction, compatibility, fit, aesthetic preference, or performance beyond what is expressly stated in product descriptions.

All products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” unless otherwise required by applicable law.


9. EUROPEAN UNION AND OTHER MANDATORY JURISDICTIONS

If a product is shipped to a jurisdiction that legally mandates a cooling-off period or statutory right of withdrawal, we will comply strictly with applicable law and only to the minimum extent required.

Any statutory cancellation request must:

  • Be submitted within the legally required timeframe

  • Be accompanied by proof of eligibility

  • Comply with all statutory conditions

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive rights that cannot be lawfully waived.


10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

This policy and any disputes arising from purchases shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
